An Otsego woman has received state recognition of her remarkable service as a foster mother to more than 250 children.
Joyce A. Crowell, 83, of Orlando, Fla., passed from this life Thursday, Oct. 2, 2014. Born in Kalamazoo, she was the daughter of the late George and Mildred (Williams) Glynn.
