OTSEGO—The 27th Annual Halloween Carnival is from noon to 4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 27, at St. Margaret’s School, 736 S. Farmer St. Bring children to a safe Halloween carnival with games, great food, fun prizes, big raffle, trick or treating and a costume contest.
