Hiring ECT to investigate TEC smacks of having the fox guard the henhouse, at least alphabetically. Results may be as predictable as having the CIA look into its own conduct: CYA, or demanding the FBI not tell FIBs.

Dyslexics rejoice! Douglas has hired Environmental Consulting and Technology (ECT) to assess soil contamination by trichloroethylene (TEC).

I love acronyms like ECT, TEC, etc. Short is sweet, especially for headline writers.
