I’m all for the good fight, as long as fighting does not debase what is good. I want as much healed when I die as possible.

Conflicts make stories. If there is nothing to resolve, why read it? Conflict No. 1: We all die, lose people we love and are challenged to find peace despite it.

I see this as subtext to smaller stories such as Wendy Fisher and the awning protestors vs. Saugatuck City Hall. Is power being abused? Photography? Art? How about common sense?
