Glenn: Circle of Lights
GLENN—Glenn’s annual Circle of Lights holiday celebration Friday, Nov. 23, will feature old-fashioned fun beginning at 5 p.m. All are welcome, free.
Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive in a horse-drawn carriage at 6 p.m. Highlights also include a Merchant Walk with giveaways and refreshments, a bake sale with tours of Michigan’s longest-run two-room schoolhouse by Glenn’s town historian and free professional family photos in a vintage sleigh.
After the Clauses lead a tree-lighting at the Glenn Square, they will lead a procession through a luminary-lit path to the Glenn United Methodist Church. Home-baked cookies and hot chocolate will be served during a community sing-along.
Children will have the opportunity to visit Santa and Mrs. Claus and participate in a free gingerbread house raffle.
