Margie Marie (Delong) Bolenbaugh, 81
Margie Marie (Delong) Bolenbaugh, 81, of Allegan was called to her heavenly home by her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on June 8, 2015. Margie was born Aug. 20, 1933, to Clara Belle (Shumaker) and Otto Albert Delong.
Margie lived most of her life in Michigan. She worked at Delano Services in Allegan. Margie married Ival Douglas Bolenbaugh on Aug. 16, 1958. She dedicated her life to her husband and five children. She also served at the Allegan Bible Church and hosted many missionaries, pastors and their families in her home.
Margie was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, two sisters Edith Romanowski and Ora May Roblyer and two brothers Elmer Delong and Albert Delong; one daughter Ashley Austin; and two grandsons Daniel Austin and Joshua McBride.
Margie is survived by her husband Ival Bolenbaugh; her children, Carol (Kirk) Creger, Jan (Louis) McBride, Brenda Kubin and Tim (Trish) Bolenbaugh; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life service will be Friday, June 12, at 11 a.m, at Allegan Bible Church, 412 Sherman St. Pastor Jon Gruss will be officiating. A luncheon reception will follow the service at the church.
Memorial donations may be made to Allegan Bible Church or Wings of Hope Hospice.
