She then spent two years at the Gidley School before beginning her tenure at Anna Michen Elementary where she worked with English Language Learners and the para-professional staff.
Ada was an enthusiastic Blackhawk Booster and everyone knows she was the “great woman” behind her beloved husband, Coach Morehead, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Vicki Hall.
She is survived by her daughters, Hedy Morse, Jody (Dennis) Martin and Merri-Lou Morehead of Fennville and Tammy (Skip) Pattison of Peachtree City, Ga., 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and brother-in-law Lemar Hartman.
Visitation will be Friday, Sept. 28, from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Fennville United Methodist Church, 5849 W. M-89, Fennville, MI. Funeral services will be at on Saturday, Sept. 29, at 11 a.m. at the Fennville United Methodist Church with Rev. Doug Tipken and Rev. Ron Hansen officiating. Burial will be in the Fennville Cemetery.
