The weather outside certainly was frightful this winter and it carried over into the early part of spring, making it nearly impossible for high school sports teams to get out for practice, let alone games and matches.

Luckily, the Allegan girls’ tennis team has a Plan B.

Utilizing the newly built fieldhouse at Allegan’s middle school, the Tigers hosted three opponents on Saturday, March 29, coming away with wins in all three.

Allegan beat Grand Rapids Catholic Central and Grand Rapids Northview by identical 7-1 scores, with a 6-2 decision over Grand Haven sandwiched in between.
